hmm - it's only been three days and the wheels don't move freely - it's not easy to pull and I'm going to have to send it back. I've had a lot of these types of bags so I know the wheels aren't right. The bag itself is lovely, well made and robust - shame about the mechanism. Pull up handle isn't such a smooth operation either. Pity as I've been looking for a feminine pull along laptop bag for such a long time :-(

Bag stand rivet has come off and I'm using it only for a week

I am a social worker and basically carry around my desk for appointments. This bag is great, lots of room for all my paperwork and tablet, and looks more professional then the book bags/beach bags I was carrying all my stuff in (get compliments all the time). I love the rolling feature saves my shoulders and back. Very durable, use it as a door opener/holder when entering buildings or homes, and goes through puddles like a champ. Highly recommend!

This is a gorgeous bag. Beautiful color, durable, light weight if you have to carry it because of snow and ice. There are several pockets inside, very roomy. I carry all my cords, my note books, my laptop, my small note books. It holds alot for the nice neat size that it is. Love this, was an awesome purchase.

The bag is okay, it says it genuine leather but it doesn't look like it. A bit on the smaller size, fits an average size laptop, power plug and notebook, misc pens but it's tight. The handle is stuck in the upright position. Going to return it. It looks much nicer in the pictures.

Nice, small leather bag, perfectly fits under your airline seat - large enough for a laptop and a few clothes, have received plenty of compliments from colleagues. Only issue is that one wheel locked up the first time I used it, so it's worn down and wobbles occasionally. Wondering if it needs regular oil to keep wheels moving.
