I regularly take vitamin C as a preventative to illness. I bought this one as a replacement to the NOW brand. The ingredients seem to be similar/same. This one was a bit cheaper as I do shop the sales. I did compare the 2 different tablets & this one is slightly smaller than the NOW brand but it’s still a large tablet. (I have no issues swallowing large tabs) I do like to try and keep my vitamins as natural as possible. I’m confident these will work as well as any other brand I’ve tried. If your looking for a Vitamin C Supplement these fit the bill in quantity, size & price. I recommend and will purchase again.

These vitamin C tablets are a great addition to my daily routine. The dosage is just right, and I feel like they help support my immune system. The bottle lasts a long time and the price is very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been in health and fitness for decades now—since at least 1987. Almost everyone knows it is important to eat the right foods, exercise, and get enough sleep. Over the years, I’ve researched various supplements and vitamins and minerals for optimal health. My daily intake of vitamins and supplements is quite high. I take about 5 different vitamins, spirulina, amla berry, zinc, and much more. Vitamin C is right at the top of the list. I've been taking this particular brand for over a year. The pills are quite large, but not enormous. If you have trouble swallowing them, just split them in half. They are easy to break. As far as this particular brand, I like that it is has no artificial ingredients. I take all my water soluble vitamins in the morning with breakfast, and then my fat soluble vitamins later in the day. This way, I can consume the right foods to make them maximally absorbable. Lastly, the price is quite fair and is one of the lowest I've found on Amazon.
