Good beer, tasts as good as a pint from the pub

Sadly the instructions led you to look on line. When we eventually found them on line it just mentioned to add Cooper’s Mix. We needed to know how much sugar to add and this was not anywhere. Made an educated guess based on previous kits in the end.

sent for it Thursday night came satuarday afternoon only just brewed it, 2nd time I have add coopers real ale you can not beat it for taste , and can start to drink it after 2 weeks

It takes about 14 days to make beer with this kit and I have only just started i am therefore not able to give it a fair marking and so have plumped for the middle

made 6 gallons. added 2lb regular sugar. sat in primary 32 days, racked directly to the keg...pretty good stuff, especially for the price. smooth, a hint of sweet up front, and med bitter after. goes down pretty easy. nice amber color. it doesn't get easier, and taste better than most you can buy at the store.
