The smell isn't very strong but I think that's a bonus of it. It's such a nice fragrance that smells like straight up rain, and when people catch a whiff of it they ask if that's me and what it is. I love this product and want to try more from the company.

i ordered and received three of these perfumes, all of which smell fantastic - however one of them was completely covered in perfume which ate away the label. when i tried using the rollerball it kept leaking way too much perfume out of the bottle. i love the sent so much i requested a replacement, but i feel that the way it was sealed made this easy to miss. only two of mine were sealed in plastic (the two pictured) and one was not, but the uncovered one fared better than the one that was. a little disappointing..

If you like to smell clean like soap this one is definitely spot on. My only complaint is that it is super faint and the smell doesn’t last. I used mine within 2 weeks. I will be purchasing again.

I liked the idea of smelling like chocolate chip cookies and I’ve used other Demeter fragrances that were great. This one was not. It does smell like chocolate chip cookies when first applied, but after a while the lingering smell is terrible. Like alcohol-based flowery perfume. Not the good kind. The smell is nauseating and I can’t wait to wash it off.

Great scent with decent staying power. Very happy with this purchase.

I first purchased a petrichor scent in the fall. It was a bit muted compared to the petrichor I usually wear, but it was certainly petrichor scented. For the price here, I was satisfied and planned on using this as a back up for the times I am in between my usual petrichor oil and waiting for another order to arrive. I lost the first one l, so I ordered another in December. The one that arrived in the December order, smelled nothing like petrichor, not even a trace of the beautiful scent! It smells like straight carrier oils. I am disappointed to have to seek out another backup for my usual but the search continues. I am not sure if the other varieties have this issue as well, but the petrichor was nice the first time while the second purchase smelled like they forgot to actually put in the petrichor at all.

The few reviews I saw for Thunderstorm were not great, and I was little hesitant to purchase, but I’m glad I did because I love this scent. It’s true that it leans a little masculine, but I think that’s due to the woody and earthy notes. I’m not sure what other reviewers were expecting as nothing about how a thunderstorm smells is particularly feminine, but as this fragrance settles, I get the earthy petrichor smell, the green grass notes, and watery ozone notes as well. After a few hours, it smells like Replica’s After the Rain, which is one of my favorite luxury water-type fragrances. This is my first Demeter scent and I’m very impressed; I will definitely try more in the future.

Ich bin mir sicher, dass hier sehr viele Stunden in die Entwicklung geflossen sind, damit er so duftet wie er es nun tut.Er ist so frisch und beruhigend zur gleichen Zeit. Er verpasst einem sofort eine wohlige Stimmung.Er eckt nicht an, er nervt nicht, er ist da und irgendwie auch nicht. Atme tief ein und spüre die beruhigende Wirkung.Irre, was so ein kleines unscheinbares Fläschchen beherbergen kann.Wer eine frische entspannende Duftkomposition sucht, kommt an "Salt Air" nicht vorbei.5 Sterne, ohne jeden Zweifel.

Smell is very subjective, to me it smells like salty air mixed with something fresh like soap. It is very pleasant, but do get a small bottle to try first as it will probably smell completely different to someone else
