Great pan and things don't stick.

Awesome bit of kit. Have bought lots of pans over the years and I’m not a kitchen whore who would pay 80 quid for a pan, but then again nothing is more annoying that a dirt cheap pan that doesn’t hold a good heat and is a nightmare to get clean. These scoville pans are awesome. The reviews are truthful and this is the best pan I have owned. I bought a small one and a larger deeper flat bottomed wok type one. Both are excellent. It used them for omelettes, fried breakfasts, curry’s, paella’s, they are all I need. They hold an amazing heat but nothing sticks, and to clean you just need water! Seriously I put everything through the dishwasher normally, but these I just swill under the sink in hot water, and they come away clean like new. I have had them several weeks now and never have had to scrub them and I use them daily. They are very heavy and feel solid, I don’t know how they will last long term, but I’m quite heavy handed bashing around in the kitchen and they seem really well made. Only one downside is if you have a glass job they may scratch a little if your move them around while in contact with the glass. It was a lesson I learnt the first few times I used them and more user error than the pans fault, so I just pick them up before swirling or tossing them.

Purchased as my son finally killed off my wok I’d had for 15+ years. It’s brilliant, lightweight and definitely non stick. Very easy to clean. Well worth the extra few pounds compared to other woks

Bought this to go with other Scoville non-sticks that we had and it lives up to the brand name and our experience with it. Cleans like new every time and heats up really quickly if you are stir-frying anything from chicken to veg or rice. A good size for up to four people and can be used with no, or minimum oil. I honestly can't praise the Scoville products enough as they are well built and non-stick for a long time. We have had a Scoville frying pan and pots for 5 years and it's almost like new so I'm expecting this to last just as long.

Been waiting till the surface began to degrade to review. It's still pretty good but after 30 months of moderate use it isn't quite what it was. Areas are starting to require a bit of pressure to clean. For the price I paid it has been a good buy and when it really stops working I will happily consider another one.

Really good quality nonstick coating, after use it and cooking in it was so easy to clean almost no washing required. The best pan I own by far.

I bought this after a recommendation from a friend. She wasn't wrong! I've only used it once but I am so impressed. I didn't need any oil in the pan and the non stick definitely worked! Feels very robust, it's the perfect size and easy to use. I'd definitely recommend.

Brilliant, it does what it says on the label and never sticks

etwas ungewohnt war, dass diese Pfanne eine nicht so glatte Beschichtung hat, sondern etwas rauh ist, aber von der Form und Beschichtung ist der Wok super - wie lange die Beschichtung hält, wird sich zeigen in 1-2 Jahren, viel länger hielt bis jetzt eigentlich keine Beschichtung. Nach spätestens 2 Jahren fängt es an, dass sich die Beschichtung stellenweise langsam löst (bei meinen bisherigen Pfannen) Ein kleines bisschen Öl verwende ich immer, wenn ich Gemüse oder Reis (Eierreis) brate, wie es sich ganz ohne Öl verhält kann ich nicht sagen, ich finde ein paar Tropfen Öl gehören ins Essen! Die Pfanne lässt sich ganz leicht mit einem Küchentuch auswischen und dann spüle ich sie noch kurz mit Wasser und ein wenig Spülmittel - fertig. Sie liegt gut in der Hand und ist auch nicht zu schwer -wirkt hochwertig und stabil - auch der Griff ! Bei uns ist ein Wok mehrmals die Woche im Einsatz und auch wenn ich diesen Wok noch nicht lange besitze, habe ich schon einige Gerichte darin zubereitet und finde ihn bisher perfekt! Nutze ihn auf unserem Ceranfeld und er wird auch schnell heiß , wie ich es von meinem vorherigen Wok gewohnt war - im Vergleich zu einer Keramik beschichteten Pfanne, die braucht viel länger!
