Worked after you get the hang of it, little tricky, but then again I'm not a boat mechanic by any means.

Worked well on the alpha drive I rebuilt... Taking it apart to use half on the exhaust bellow....

This is a life saver when doing bellows

on a alpha one, gen II drive, the shift rod goes through the exhaust bellows right in the middle of the opening. Granted, you can change your bellows without removing the drive, but I already had mine off.

It really helped me with putting on the new bellow.

Surprisingly this tool makes an almost impossible job bearable. Without this tool replacing an exhaust bellow is an all day job, with this tool it's about 30 min. Buy it you Won't regret it!

Used this last weekend, worked great, just as expected. The front end of the bellows took some time but this tool made installing the aft end easy.
