We have to carry id cards around for work and I find the easiest way to do this is with badge holders. I bought a few when I started my job, but daily wear ad tear started to take a toll on the badge reel. The plastic snap strap started to tear a bit on mine. I really did not want to buy several more badge reels and was so happy when I found these. it was super quick and easy to replace the plastic snap piece. These could definitely be used as replacements or to make your own badge reels if you are crafty! I have been using these several weeks and they are holding up great so far!

I had bought a badge reel online and the snap strap was cracking. I just needed to get it replace and ordered this. I have been using it for a few weeks now and it holds up well. I work in a clinic and my badge holds many things, and the strap doesn't unsnap.

I bought these to replace worn out work badges. Our only complaint is that they don’t always stay snapped shut. Fortunately, no one has lost their badges, but the opportunity still exists. The snaps should stay snapped, but if you’re looking for snaps that come apart easily then these are what you’re looking for.

I use this so my badge and lanyard are work compliant and will break if it gets snagged in a convayor belt.

only 9 of the 15 were actually usable. and they couldn’t hold many id cards in one. even with just one card, i couldn’t trust it to stay closed as the clasp felt weak. i provided the above photos to show how malformed some were.

Perfect for my work id

I purchased this to replace the broken badge holder on my son’s school ID. Within a few days, his ID card was lost because the clasp didn’t stay shut and, when I tried it myself, it wouldn’t stay shut. So I put another on and superglued it shut after having to buy another school ID card because this product failed. I tried all of the clasps and had to throw out a few of them because the clasp opened far too easily. Would not recommend, would not buy again.

The plastic strap and eyelet work good but the metal snap is weak; after a few weeks the metal snap doesn’t close.

Nice and strong for work IDs. Wish it was a bit longer, for safety vests. Also works well with travel luggage tags.
