Works well non drowsy formula that is sugar free so can be used for diabetics without putting their blood sugar through the roof, it has a pleasant taste is strong enough and works very well

Covonia Chesty Cough Mixture
I am not keen on the really strong menthol flavour of this medicine. There is only a hint of liquorice and after about 5 minutes ended up with a bitter taste at the back of my throat. I only tried this at the tail end of my cold so not sure how effective it is. Luckily I tried this before going to bed and brushing my teeth which took the taste away. A cold would have to be really bad for me to try this cough medicine again. Glad I bought a small size.
