I lost my budgie in December after 5 years, he came into my garden 5 years ago in June and I rescued him. He was frightened and wild but we became the best of friends and spent a lot of time together and taught him to talk but unfortunately he died of respiratory I illness so I wanted ahead stone to remember him by. This beautiful budgie statue is so like him. So much detail on the feathers and footwork, it’s absolutely beautiful and has so much detail. I look and Remember and she’d a tear but how lucky was I to have a wonderful friend. Highly recommend this beautiful excellent statue. I’m delighted with the quality and detail

Well made and the colour is nice it almost looks life like our real budgies think it is a real bird

We got this as it was a spitting image of our Blue who we unfortunately had put to sleep with kidney failure. It has been sat guarding Blue's roses in the elements and still looks fantastic. The detail is amazing, the pictures don't do it justice. Definitely a very sturdy, lovingly made piece. I would definitely buy more of their stuff

Last Friday we had to say a very very sad goodbye to a much loved family friend in our Budgie Bluebell, who had been with us for 20 years. 2 years ago we had to say goodbye to her long term friend cabbage, he was green and she was blue. We have in our bay window various models of all our puss and woofer friends going back donkeys years, so when we lost Cabbage we found a statue of a green Budgie on Amazon, and he has sat in that window with a green tail feather glued across his feet. At that time a blue Budgie was also on sale which we noted for when her time finally came. That time finally came and YES that same blue statue was still on Amazon, and it arrived today and now sits next to her long term best mate in our window also with a blue tail feather across her feet. They are both lying in large planted pots in our patio. The quality of these statues is very good and if you are as soft as we are to our to our smaller family members, looking for a Budgie? These are for you.
