Terrible packaging or previously used.
The box had a large hole and the sage was dented on one side and along the outer edge. The door does not align properly and it was dirty inside.

Cosmetic damages to My gorgeous Safe
This safe is very good quality and easy to get programmed. I am very proud of it and its size for the money. BUT it arrived DAMAGED with 3 exterior damages which wasn't the packing fault which was very good....it was shipment issue getting here from Texas. Pictures show 3 dings and a rub. UPS didnt take heed to the box and it was labeled Fragile caution. I do highly recommend this safe but know it will get a ding coming to you.

Secure, a safe safe
I like this safe. It replaces a similar one I had that was flawed. With my last one, if you let the battery die, you removed the badge with a screwdriver, and unlocked it with an Allen key. This one is much better. If the battery dies you have a big key to use to open it! It is easy to set up the pin code that you want. The walls and door are very deep, I have no doubts about its claims to be fireproof!

Excellent Protection
This safe is easy to set up and easy to use. I am happy that I went with the 2.34 cubic foot safe. It is the perfect size. The door on this safe is nice and thick, as are the locking mechanisms, they’re not cheap like some other safes I have had. I really like that this safe is easy to open and easy to close if you have the password. We are in and out of our safe all the time, so ease of use is a must. The buttons on this light up and are easy to see, even when it is dark. It works every time, and that is great. The only thing I don’t like is that the inside has a bit of a smell, it starts to dissipate over time, but I would suggest airing it out before using it, also placing a dryer sheet in it seems to help. If you’re looking for a great home safe to keep things secure, that is easy to use, this safe is an excellent choice. It really is a good, quality safe that does not disappoint.
