Excellent quality product
Wild Nutrition is a reputable and highly regarded company. Their products are natural and backed by science. They are a certified B Corp company, so you know you are buying a quality product. These use a high strength and good quality Zinc vitamins. The blend of vitamins in this product are regarded as working well together and I'm pleased that the B vitamins are included with the zinc. Zinc has so many amazing positives. I know I don't get enough in my diet and this supplement is a fantastic product to invest in being so carefully produced. They are relatively easy to take, the capsules are fairly small in comparison to typical vitamin capsules so that's a bonus. They don't have an after taste either. The presentation of them is top quality too. The glass jar they come in is lovely. There is a months worth in each bottle, so at the current price it's only 50p a day which is great value. Especially for such a good quality product, with ethically sourced ingredients. I'm pleased with them and would recommend.

Highly absorbable & food based zinc
Wild Nutrition is an established & respectable brand, sold in high end health food shops (as to differentiate to many cheap quality vitamins are sold on Amazon). Leading nutritional therapist Henrietta Norton founded Wild Nutrition in 2013 with husband Charlie. This is a premium product, as you can tell from the packaging. 100% natural (no false claims here!). I swear by zinc for curing stubborn flu & cold. It's summer now & I don't have a cold so can't comment on that yet. But this form, with added B1, B2 & B6 is food based (much better). Its main ingredient: probiotic bacteria Lactobacillus bulgaricus is a much better absorbed type & is a beneficial probiotic that can improve digestive function and alleviate symptoms of IBS. However, some people might develop an allergic reaction to it & get an upset stomach. I normally get little white spots on my fingernails which is a sign of zinc deficiency. I'll see over time how this performs. Ingredients: Nutrient-enhanced Lactobacillus Bulgaricus (providing Zinc), Heat-treated brown rice powder, Vegetable cellulose (capsule shell) and Nutrient-enhanced Yeast (providing Thiamin, Riboflavin and Vitamin B6). How to take: Daily Intake 1 capsule per day, morning or night. Can be taken with or without food. Vitamin : 🍏 Some tips on buying vitamins: many conventional supplements use a filler called microcrystalline cellulose aka HMPC as a non-medicinal ingredient to fill up capsules. Unfortunately, this can have a negative effect on your health. Microcrystalline cellulose is made from wood chips and manufacturers do NOT have to disclose on the label how much is in the supplement, though it can be up to 95% in some cases. some of the symptoms of ingesting microcrystalline cellulose like gas and bloating, inflammation, allergic reactions like hives and rashes, nausea, and vomiting (though extreme reactions are rare, these binders aren't good for you as your body has to use up more resources & energy to digest them). Hence always looking for supplements that are made without fillers or flow agents. three things that should NEVER be in your vitamins. Nutritionists advise titanium and silicon dioxide should NEVER be in your vitamins. Titanium dioxide is an ingredient that is banned in the EU. magnesium stearate is not magnesium but a flow agent to make things run faster during product, but has never been tested for long-time human consumption and should NEVER be in your vitamins. microcrystalline cellulose is a filler commonly used in vitamins and should NEVER be in your vitamins. Dr. Janine recommends looking for whole-food vitamins made without fillers and flow agents. Most (I'd say over 90% of vitamins & supplements on the market) contain capsule shells made of HMPC or other bad ingredients which we should avoid.

Ingredients list is very nice and clean looking! I like these a lot.
The capsules are not stuffed with fillers or binders and are suitable for vegetarians. They are small, easy to swallow and do not need to be taken with a meal. If you have problems swallowing capsules, the great thing is that these can be pulled apart and the contents mixed with yoghurt, cooled porridge, fruit puree or a smoothie. They come in a dark glass bottle which is designed to be kept and refilled. If not then it can simply be recycled. I like the combination of the zinc which is good for hair, skin and nails and the added B vitamins work on balancing hormones. I love this supplement as all the ingredients come from a food source. I feel that this helps the body absorb them more easily, so you don't require such high doses. They also come from sustainably farmed sources. Seems like a quality product as far as I can tell.

Needed Zinc. Got some Zinc.
Does what it says on the bottle.

Properly made!
These supplements are well made in proper gel capsules instead of tablets which are so much easier to swallow. The jar seals properly which prevents sticking or clumping too. 10/10

Premium quality and packaging from a brand I trust
Wild Nutrition is a British brand I’ve come to really trust, and this zinc supplement is another example of why. The packaging is beautifully done, a dark glass jar that’s reusable or recyclable, and the whole product feels considered and high quality. It’s more expensive than others, but for me, that’s justified by the attention to detail and sustainable ethos. As with most supplements, it’s hard to know how much of a difference it’s making, but I feel confident taking it regularly. The capsule is small and easy to swallow, and I like that it’s food-grown, with no fillers or artificial extras. The added B vitamins are a bonus too. If you’re looking for something that feels clean, responsibly made and well formulated, this is a great option.
