There is no denying that these look good - you can see the lawyers in your frothy coffee in the same way that you can see them in a pint of Guinness. I'm not so convinced about their claims of heat retention over traditional cappuccino cups; traditional cups have a greater thermal mass and, if you preheat them, they will keep the coffee hot for some time. These have little thermal mass, so there is little gain in preheating them. That said, you won't burn your lips (or hands) on the glass as its double wall construction means that the outside remains cool to the touch. One advantage that traditional cups definitely have over these is that they are more robust; I dropped a spoon into one of these glass cups and the cup broke. If you are going to buy these, follow the prices for a period of time, because they can fluctuate. I bought them when they were a little under £6 per cup. Much more than that and I question their value.

Already had two of the smaller ones which were great for espresso but wanted something larger for flat white coffee. They are really great. The coffee stays hot for much longer, they are easy to clean and they look really nice.
