This cable was used to connect a SAS3 controller (LSI/Broadcom 9361-8i) to a Supermicro SAS2 backplane and did so admirably. The build quality is high with protective covers over the ends of the cables. The sheathing is strong but not too stiff and there's a good quality re-inforcing tape in place to prevent fraying and support the neck of the connectors. Nice cable supplied as pictured!

They have you over a barrel as far as pricing goes for such a niche cable, but I've been using mine for 3 years so far without issue. Still, for something that likely cost them $10 to make they're charging way too much here.

Work as intended. Needed to connect 4jbods and 18 lto 6 tape drives to a server through lsi9300 cards and these cables do the job fine. Title says three pack, it's not, just a single cable which I'd assumedb was the case based on the price
