Nordic Ware 81948 Cosy Village 6-Cup Cake Pan Silver

Amazing! Nordic Ware Bundt tins never fail! They might cost a few bob but well worth it! I treated myself to this cozy village set for Christmas and just baked some delicious sweet potato and bourbon cakes. They turned out perfectly and dusting them with icing sugar shows off the designs even more. Highly recommended!

I have the large gingerbread house pan and I've wanted this one for years but couldn't justify buying it. In a moment of weakness I justified it by thinking of it as a gift to myself and those I love when I bake them adorable houses each Christmas! It is far superior to the silicone versions I have also purchased in the recent past, with crisp, distinct details unlike the basic details of the silicone versions. It is heavy, study and bakes perfect little cakes which simply require a dusting of icing sugar to transform them into a magical winter scene. I have no regrets 🌲

My third Nordic Ware pan, they are worth the money, very sturdy well-made and if you are follow the instructions a dream to use as well, all my cakes I have done are been amazing.

I love this Nordic little mixed house baking tin. I made an edable village for the church at Christmas. This mix of houses were placed around the main house. Everyone said how beautiful it was. This Nordic tin has such fine detail from every angle. Nordic are amazing and always give a free recipe, all of which are great. These Nordic tins are so solid are solid and certainly made to last. I would recommend this beautiful item.

Love these baking tins, they never stick and the patterns are always very well defined on the finished cake.

I am baffled by the excellent reviews left for this item. I followed the accompanying recipe, AND the instructions to the letter, several times. I was excited to see how they would turn out. The ingredients were weighed out precisely and the preparation of the tin was thorough. And yet 4 times I tried and this was the result. Absolutely no way did the cakes want to leave the tin. I am far from being a rookie baker, and all I got after my multiple attempts was a big bowl of cake crumbs ( they tasted great btw) , and a whole day spent carefully trying to clean the tin after each fail. The timings, temperatures ingredients and preparation were practically executed practically forensically. After my last try I decided life is too short to waste £50 on a bundt fail. Will be returning the tin.

This is a sturdy pan that will provide a lifetime of use!
