Very easy to do, no mixing or fiddly packets. All in one, just add water! Brilliant and a bargain
Really good. The package of the seeds was sealed in the container it grows in with the instructions on the top so all very handy for no spillage. You take the lid off, fill with lukewarm water and leave on the windowsill. The beads absorb the water and the grass grows. You don’t have to do anything else! It’s brilliant. Some of the others I’ve tried before are a bit fiddly, you have to mix the seeds in and what not, but this one is brilliant as it’s already done. You literally just put the water in and away you go. I’ve given a 5 star for the flavour but I didn’t eat it myself!! The cat seems to be very happy with it so I’ve given it 5 stars on her behalf! Decent sized container so plenty of grass and you can stand it on the lid for extra security. I ordered three packs for under £8 which is an absolute bargain for a much better product than I used to get from the pet store. All in all, will definitely recommend, very happy with it.

Fantastic-Actually, Superb
I must say that we are so impressed with this Hydro-Grass and so are our two British Shorthair kittens. After much research, I thought that the price is excellent value for money and ordered four trays. The growing process could not have been easier-in fact I did take several photos of the stages, but thought that was a bit much to post! As promised, after about 7 days the grass had grown to a lush patch and it was fun to check in and watch how it grew. We decided to grow two trays at intervals in the first instance and this worked well; however, my husband decided to try smaller pots using recycled candle containers because of the abundance of the grass. A definate plus! This is working well and it was easy to transfer and watch them grow. All of our indoor plants are cat friendly-but, we felt that it was important to find a suitable grass for indoors and our two are pleased we did. We highly recommend GimCat.

Cat Grass
My cats weren't too bothered about this but they did chew on it every now and then and it was cheap and kinda fun to watch it grow so it's fine. If you add the amount of water it tells you to chances are it will overflow, just add a small amount of water at a time and give it a few minutes to expand and keep doing so until it has reached maximum capacity and then hopefully it won't overflow. It says you only need to water it once but top it up with a little bit of water every few days to stop it drying out. For the first few days it will probably look like it isn't doing anything but within ten days, probably less you will see little shoots and then after that it will probably grow about 3-6 centimetres a day., Once it starts growing it grows really fast!

Big quantity, easily grown, but cat not interested
I ordered twice as quantity’s that much that it allows planting on portions. Grass grows for about 5 days and after that there’s no stopping! Looks great, smells great, brightly green, stays fresh for weeks and gel does not mould until grass turns to yellow. However, this is no reigrass - and cat is fond of reigrass only... he’s got few wild paches on the balcony to munch on them, the home grown one is for sniffing purposes only. I see him trying to chew on it, obviously to no pleasure as he keeps running to the balcony. After I grow the last handful of seeds I will not be ordering more as, sadly, cat does not show enough interest.

The purrfect munch
This makes growing cat grass so easy. No more buying seeds and messing around finding something to put soil and seeds into.. this is perfect. One of our indoor cats isn't into cat grass at all, but our other indoor cat loves the stuff. He gives this cat grass a paws up! He gets super excited when you bring it down off the window sill for him to munch on. He loves it.Fast growing and so easy to prepare. The only teeny tiny downside would be that as it grows the stuff that it grows in tends to get pushed out a bit around the tray. It's not too bad, but its worth noting. It won't stop us from buying it though.Have now bought 5 of these for him and hope I can continue to buy them for a while, as he will be a sad boy if he can't munch on it any more.

Magic beans! :)
Easy instructions. Took about 5 days to grow... after about a week or so it started drying out...My kittens didn’t like eating the grass at the start when it was fresh. All they would do is pluck it out and leave a mess for me to clean. When it started drying they began nibbling on it, and also plucking it out.One of mine also enjoyed nibbling on the ‘soil replacement’... not sure if it’s actually safe for them to eat or not?!It definitely kept the cats busy will definitely consider buying again in the future.

Cat 😻😻😻😻elicious
so added water and within 6 days we had grass and at first my beautiful Snowy didn't show an ounce of interest but by around 10 days he began to munch on the grass finally I thought lol, so I didn't just waste £8 quid haha

Waste of money. Cats are not interested.
Yes, it was easy to grow (you literally just pour water on the weird contents and wait a couple of days), but neither one of my boys (Maine Coon and Sphynx) were even remotely interested (despite the fact they always have at least a nibble off the flowers we have in a vase or house plants). Tried ripping a bit of the grass off and let them smell it, didn’t work. Most they did was play hide and seek behind it (we have it on the kitchen table), but other than that they are completely disinterested :( total waste of money.
