These utensils are well made and solid feeling in your hand. They are made from real wood so there are imperfections in the grain but if it is annoying, you can buff it out with sandpaper. You can tell by the feel when they need mineral oil applied to them. Overall, they are pretty, functional, well made, and (as an added bonus) the perfect weight for smacking your partner on the butt with on the way by. Ladies, if your man won’t leave your back end alone and smacks it every time he passes by, these give a nice solid smack back without hurting your hand. Not an essential part of cooking utensils, but still nice for those occasions where returning fire is warranted. Enjoy!

Well made, sturdy, polished real wood cooking and serving utensils. These are smooth without wood spurs or cracks. They are beautiful and could easily be displayed on your counter in a nice crock. If I liked having things setting on my counter that’s what I’d do. But they’re stuck in a drawer instead. The wood finish and graining is beautiful. They are easy to wash up in the sink, dry fast and stick back in the drawer. I don’t know how they’d hold up in a dish washer. I don’t believe in dish washers so I don’t have one. The weight and thickness of each tool is standard and work well with the cooking that I do. I use cast iron pots and pans so I didn’t buy these to prevent damage to my pots and pans. I purchased them because I wanted to get completely away from plastic to include plastic handles on metal cooking utensils. They are well worth the money and are a good quality. Very happy with the purchase. I had a few vintage wood utensils that I’d been using for 60 yrs. I’ll never see these get to 60 yrs but I believe if taken care of properly they will last at least that long.

The first thing I noticed was how gorgeous the wood grain is — each piece has its own unique pattern and rich, warm tone. They look beautiful sitting on my countertop and add such a nice, natural touch to the kitchen. The quality is excellent. The spoons are sturdy, smooth, and well-finished with no rough edges. They feel solid in your hand without being too heavy.

Absolutely beautiful kitchen utensils. Im replacing all plastic in the kitchen so this set was a perfect set for a good price. I was worried the spatula would be too thick, but they are the perfect thickness and feel strong. I'll definitely buy from them again. My plastic kitchen utensils were well loved so I decided to replace them with something fresh & durable. Happy with these. PROS: - Very sturdy! Durable and will last for many years! - Look great and way better than the plastic. Good consistent stain. - Fit nicely in my utensil holder - not too "thick!" - Work well - no complaints about them working as intended. - Easy to hold! CONS: - My ladle arrived chipped which is frustrating!

These are beautifully made and the color is rich brown. They are sturdy and are a nice addition to our kitchen. Definitely kicks it up a notch from plastic!

I’ve only had this wooden spoon set 3 days now. They washed nicely in warm soapy water. They seemed to work well and are very light weight. They are well made and a good purchase.

Beautiful and well made. I just opened the box and I'm very pleased. They're pretty & sturdy, but only time will tell if they keep their glossy shine.

Sehr schönes Kochgeschirr, schöne dunkle Farbe, schöne Form und Größe, die Färbung und Maserung ist unregelmäßig, aber es ist eben ein Naturprodukt aus Holz, diese Unregelmäßigkeit macht aber den Charme aus. Liegt sehr gut und angenehm in der Hand. Ich war bisher eher ein Kochmuffel, aber damit macht Kochen richtig Spaß!! Dass Holzprodukte nicht in die Spülmaschine gehören, ist bekannt. Macht aber nichts, man hat ja nach dem Kochen immer Sachen, die mit der Hand gespült werden müssen. Ich lasse die Teile nicht im Spülwasser liegen, trockne sie nach dem Spülen sofort ab und lasse sie ausgebreitet vollständig abtrocknen, ab und zu reibe ich sie sparsam mit Olivenöl ein, so halten sie ewig. Tipp zur Aufbewahrung: "Vancasso Sabine Utensilienhalter" aus Keramik im Landhausstil (auch hier bei Amazon 28 Euro) passt perfekt dazu und das Ensemble ist ein wahrer Blickfang in der Küche!
