’ve tried a few folate supplements before, but this one feels like a step up. I like that it uses L-methylfolate, which is the form your body actually uses, so there’s no extra work trying to convert regular folic acid. It just feels more effective, especially if you’ve ever had trouble absorbing supplements. Anyway, so far so good!
