The item was easy to charge ready for use and doesn’t take long to recharge after use. It seems complicated because of the range of pulse actions but once we found which one suited us best it was very easy. My wife and I have both had stiff necks and I have suffered low back pain so although the device is easy to hold we could not have used it on ourselves because of where we needed to apply it. Using the item immediately relieved pain for a period of time (variable due to how bad the pain was at the time), and it can be used as frequently as required as there are no side effects. We both found movement was much easier after using it. We are extremely pleased with this purchase and fully recommend the device for relief of pain.

Loved this time. Was all promised and more. Took on a trip with me to NZ to ease travelling back and leg pains. Worked a dream. Very satisfied. Then suddenly won't work. Red light comes on to charge it, but nothing happens!!. Now cannot find a way to contact Customer Services and am beyond the 90 days. Not looking for money back. Like your product and want a working one which will last Me more than the 80 ish days (bought Jan 4th failed Feb 27th) but not reported till now

its impossible to see which nob to press in the dark ! also i am unable to charge it up .....its been plugged in for 12 hours ! please help

Gonna start out by saying, if you’ve ever had the Ann summers one that looks almost identical to this one, the Ann summers one is more powerful. It just doesn’t vibrate as much. On full the Ann summers one I couldn’t think straight, this one is good just not as good. But…. It still does a good job and the battery lasts quite a while. And for less than half the price of the AS one I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it is 💕 xx

Not 🚫 smooth or gentle sensation ' and no wave like rhythm !!! Definitely not 🚫 good for sexualised play unless you like a rough mechanical feel !!! There were too many choices for the vibration when just a variation in speed would have done !!! Build quality was good ' and it work's for massage !!! Ultimately you really need someone to use it on you ' and a hand massage would be nicer unless your trying to spare your partner from getting achy fingers 🤌

L’oggetto è ben fatto. Plastiche robuste, e la gomma/lattice sulla parte di contatto è di ottima fattura e ben lavabile. Le vibrazioni sono molto forti; diciamo che si possono regolare sia la velocità che la tipologia di vibrazione (fissa/impulsi/ecc ecc) però è veramente molto rumoroso. Difficile che i vicini non sentano il rumore se utilizzato nelle ore notturne. Mia moglie lo trova un’ottimo prodotto, da intenso piacere ma la rumorosità è veramente eccessiva, in alcuni momenti fastidiosa da sentire e deconcentrante.

Excellent produit, moi qui souffre des jambes, le massage est efficace, il est réglable en puissance. Je recommande.

It’s GOOD. The lowest vibration setting on this wand is the highest one on other wands, which is a plus for me. Makes for a very intense and satisfactory, uh, “finish”. Nice and smooth silicone head. I do find that the handle vibrates as well, but that’s to be expected with such a strong motor. Also allows you to deliver in Amazon packaging to hide the product which is nice. Even so, the product package isn’t very explicit, one small picture of the wand on the backside, but that’s it. If you’re like me and want to turn it off sometimes in the middle of use, it’s easy to click the wrong button since the power switch is close to the pattern and speed switches, so if you accidentally click that, you’ll have to cycle through all 20 patterns, or all 8 speeds. The power switch does light up during use though, so it’s an easy thing to avoid. I’ve recommended it to my friend. If a hand doesn’t do the job, this wand definitely will.

Great product. 2nd one we own. The previous one lasted 5 years. Will see about this one. Did notice though they have changed the charge port and the control's and button presses have different functions too, will take some getting used to.
