Works great
UPDATE: Sorry. I forgot to mention a very important fact. Their customer service is excellent! I needed to contact them about a part and they got right back to me and took care of the problem! This alarm system is just what I was looking for. I've put the call button on my husbands wheelchair which is parked next to his recliner. That way he can reach it to call me if needed. We hang it from the bedside rail at night while I'm watching tv. I am hard of hearing and I wear headphones while I watch tv so that the whole neighborhood doesn't have to listen to what I'm watching. lol I have the receiver on Ringtone, Flashing Lights and Vibration while I'm watching tv with the headphones on. It works great for getting my attention when hubby rings me. I can carry the receiver around with me when I go out to do laundry or whatever else takes me out of earshot of hubby. My only complaint is that I should have gotten the set with more than one call button. Then we would have one in bedroom and livingroom. I replaced the lynard with a shorter one for our convenience.

Easy to mute
This pager system works great! It's an invaluable asset to have for taking care of or living with someone elderly or disabled! It has a necklace button and a mountable button for your loved one or patient and a very handy pager type box for you to carry or clip onto your waist. It lights up and flashes and vibrates and has a few choices of what sound you'd like to set it to.You can also change the volume and this is where my ONLY complaint comes in. The button to change the volume is so easy to hit that I've bumped it by mistake. Seeing as how I had it on the loudest setting, I muted it when bumping into it. So luckily when my client needed me I was awake and seen the flashing lights and heard it vibrate. (I have it set to do all three as I am slightly hard of hearing myself)I'm not sure how I'd suggest fixing this really. I just try to set it or clip it where it won't be so easy to hit the side the volume is on. Once my cat even muted it but again I was awake and quickly became aware of this. But really it offers a peace of mind that you can't put a price on. Ohhh, and the battery life is phenomenal!

Delivers on expectations
Used as a buzzer when had baby #2 for the parent with toddler #1. Could then swap places without waking anyone.Still use for when people are sick or need support instead of a bell since it’s nice to have a vibration mode.

Easy to set up. Very convenient for getting teens attention.
Best purchase ever for a teen boy. No more yelling to get his attention when he's hiding out in his room. The sounds and light combination is excellent for this purpose. Two call buttons is also great. We have the placed in different locations for easy access. Battery operated receiver withthe clip is easily placed in a well seen spot.

Works with other CallToU products
Got this just to have a portable pager/receiver that I could carry around the house and out into the yard. It paired easily with the other CallToU pager/receiver set I bought a few days ago. The downside is that the pager itself is squarish and bulky. Although it comes with a belt clip, I find it popping off and I've lost it once while getting in and out of our van. Still, for its functionality, it is great. I did later find that CallToU offers a set with only a receiver/pager, but the savings between this set (pager, doorbell/call button, and call button) was only about $5. So, not a big deal.

Very rudimentary, very cheap looking and felling for the price.
My mother’s call button, for her caregiver.

One minor design issue, but fantastic otherwise
As someone who provides round the clock care to someone with multiple disabilities, this item is almost perfect.Pros: multiple ringtones, vibrate and light features; belt clip for easy portability; very user friendly; receiver tells you when the batteries need replacing by saying low batteryCons: The volume and function controls are on the side and can get changed easily from normal activity; would love to see a redesign with these controls covered up. I have missed several pages because I had not realized that it had changed notification modes or volume. The batteries that came with it lasted two days, but that was easily fixed.Overall, I would recommend this product and buy it again if needed.
