Swaddle Pod Hana Bamboo (0-3, Seafoam)

This is brilliant. We have tried a number of different swaddling methods: simple swaddling blanket (muslin or cellular), Gro Baby swaddle, Merino Kids Cocooi swaddle, and finally this Swaddle pod which was by far the best. The material feels lovely and soft and is perfect for hot summers when we were worried about over-heating. It is also stretchy so baby's movement isn't completely restricted. You can't go wrong as you simply place the baby inside and zip it up. If you need to change a nappy in the middle of the night, unzip from the bottom. It also washes well. Our son slept so well in this swaddle pod, and started sleeping through the night at only 1 week old (and he's a breastfed baby). As he got older he really wanted to be able to move his hands and so we only zipped it up half way and it still worked great. The only thing I would have liked would have been a better choice of colours or designs. However we loved this so much we'll be buying one for our friends who are expecting - it's a practical and affordable gift.

Good material, very soft and breathable. Baby can still move around as well. Small hole found in seam though on arrival so disappointed with that. Hoping it won’t get worse or any more appear when washed so quality may not be amazing.

This is the first time I have ever written a review but had to share my experience with this product, it is absolutely amazing!! My son loves this swaddle and sleeps easily through the night with it. When it first arrived I thought it looked too small as he is a big boy (4.8 kg at birth) but it's not, it's super stretchy and gives him the freedom to move while still being swaddled. The material is very thin which concerned me but actually it makes it suitable for all weathers and I wouldn't change it. I just add more or less layers underneath. I have even used another sleeping bag over it (1 or 2.5 tog) if needed. This is a must buy, we have enjoyed using it so much and don't look forward to not using it anymore. Unfortunately, my son is starting to turn over, great during the day and lots of fun but it means we will have to unswaddle him now as it's dangerous if he turns over without his arms free. All in all this product is great, I can't recommend it enough and will buy it for my friends and family as a gift.

The swaddle pod is lovely and soft. It is stretchy so allows movement but there is no way the right sized baby could get arms or hands out of the top as it's quite close around the neck.I can see this product working well for some babies who like to be swaddled. I thought my baby did but he hated this swaddle pod, hence the 4 stars. He spent the whole night squirming and trying to get his arms out and getting very frustrated.I do think the product is over priced for what it is, if it had worked wonders for us it would have been worth paying that for a good night's sleep but it feels like a lot to pay when your baby doesn't get on with it.No problems with the product or service other than the fact that it didn't suit my baby.He's now wearing grobag type sleepy bags and much prefers having his arms free. Yes he jumps every so often with the moro reflex but it doesn't wake him......it's his greedy belly that wakes him up for more milk. 😊

I bought this for my week old son (8lb 2oz) who would not settle in his moses basket on a night for more than an hour or two. If he isn't held close or has too much freedom to move his arms then he tends to wakes himself up while he sleeps.Our thought behind this was that it simulates the baby being still in the womb/ held by you thus helping them to feel more secure.The first night he slept 4 hours straight and has continued to do so and is a month old now. We only use it for bed which gets him in the routine of knowing when it's on its sleep time and is taken off first thing in the morning.My son is breastfeeding on demand so without this it would have been very difficult for my wife to get any prolonged sleep during the night.Last night we tried to put him to bed in his cot in a different sleeping suit and he wasn't happy. Tried him back in his swaddle and he was out like a light.Good quality material and very well made. I was concerned before buying this about the zip up part as I thought it might interfere with him during the night but it is securely held behind a fold of material and the zip on the inside is again almost smooth so it's not rough on baby.Overall a very good product and well made, I would definitely buy the 3-6 month once he grows.

I was really disappointed with this swaddle because I believe it posed a safety risk. Having previously used a comfort and harmony one, we were attracted by the light weight material of this pod for the summer months. My daughter is 4 months old and fits within the size parameters recommended in the advertising.However the neck is very wide and the material so stretchy that my baby was able to repeatedly pull the swaddle over her head so that she had her whole head inside it. I immediately took her out of it and returned it.The material does feel nice and soft and light weight though.

I cannot recommend the swaddle pod highly enough! My 9 week old was a nightmare to settle at night, and nap times, as he would wake himself up with flailing arms. I was spending 1.5/2 hours trying to settle him. Just as I thought he was asleep he would startle and his arms would start waving about wildly and he would wake up. Then I bought the swaddle pod and literally the first night he was asleep within 5 minutes with little fuss. His nap times have increased also, we've gone from only napping for only 40 minutes to getting between 1.5 - 3 hours! The real miracle is he slept 5.5 hours last night (he was previously waking every 3).I honestly think to swaddle pod has really helped. The material super soft and there's room for his arms to move underneath. As he is slightly smaller than the weight for this make (11.5lbs) he can poke his hands out the top but the main thing is he doesn't wake himself up when he startles. For the price I think its well worth a try. I wish I'd used it from day 1.

Me ha gustado bastante. Da impresión a una camisa de fuerza pero a mi bebé lo ha calmado bastante por la noches. Es muy suave el tejido. Si lo encuentro de invierno y más grande lo volveré a comprar.

Unser Baby hat den Swaddle Pod geliebt und kam abends viel schneller zur Ruhe. Stoff ist ganz leicht und ist im Sommer perfekt (bei kühlen Temperaturen einfach Strampelsack drüber ziehen). Auch nach mehrmaligem Waschen fühlt sich Material immer noch hochwertig an. Besonders gut gefallen, hat mir, dass der Sack mit Reißverschluss ist, sodass das Kind beim An- und Ausziehen im (Halb-)schlaf nicht wieder wach wird (wie es beim Klettverschluss häufig der Fall ist). Das Material ist etwas dehnbar, sodass das Baby zwar das Puckerlebnis hat, aber nicht völlig starr ist. Für uns war es genau richtig. Für Babys, die sehr eng gepuckt werden wollen, ist es evtl. zu locker.Wir wollten uns nun sogar die nächst größere Größe kaufen, die es aber scheinbar aktuell bei Amazon nicht gibt. Wir haben dann einfach den Sack unten aufgeschnitten, sodass die Füßchen rausschauen und Platz haben. Nun können wir den Swaddle Pod doch noch eine Weile nutzen, da ich vergleichbares für größere Babys (ab 3 Monaten) nicht gefunden habe.

Super suave y cómodo de usar. Para recién nacidos y bebés es perfecto para evitar los reflejos que les despiertan por la noche.

Cette "cacahuète" est très bien, bébé s'endort plus rapidement et plus longtemps. Le tissu est très doux et élastique permettant quand même a votre bébé de bouger.
