Coolers and small fridges use these and they tend to fail after a period of time, so using these will save you a lot of money. Fairly easy to replace, you will need thermal paste, and make sure you replace with the same sides, normally just ensure the red and black cables are located in the same place when you replace the item. One of the 2 devices was cracked on the corner when package was opened, so I couldn't use it. I was planning to use 2, back to back for extra cooling. I have used the remaining one to fix a cool box, so we will see if it works.!
