Thick and well made. They do what they are supposed to do. Compress and keep warm. You will get sweaty underneath but they wash well in cold water no dryer.

Using it for a few weeks now for heavy weight lifting, nothing to complain about, keeps the elbows warm, supports well for the movements.

I have always been an Inzer fan when it comes to my powerlifting gear. Truthfully Inzer's gear can't be beat for what it does best. In this case I wanted some support for my elbows (I'm 55 and they are a little "creaky" these days) and keep0 them warm between sets. The Stoic sleeves do exactly that - they support and they keep my elbows warm. Don't misconstrue these as braces - like the sleeves that Inzer sells - those offer MAXIMUM support and with anything like that - they aren't very comfortable. The Stoic sleeves are very comfortable - they are relatively easy to get on - especially if you have two people. I found the easiest way to get them on is to slide them up till you meet a fair amount of resistance then fold the top over. Then finish sliding the sleeve up until the bottom of the sleeve is about two inches below the elbow then fold the top of the sleeve back up around your bicep. Nice product and well worth the money.
