Brought for granddaughter and it broke while playing with it the first day need replacement or credit

The material is very bad, they didn't last at all, they broke practically at once. My children loved them, they were really fun and entertaining, if the material were more resistant, more durable they would be excellent. The fragility is specifically in the mouse, since the cheese is made of better material.

I got this for my gf, she absolutely loves bats. It showed up in one of those bubble wrap lined envelopes, not a problem given the nature of the item. It is very soft, no gross smell you get sometimes with these kinds of toys. Seems pretty decent quality, no holes or tears.

I bought this for my 16 month old granddaughter and she is easily able to squeeze the cheese and make the mouse pop out. Note that the mouse is basically a balloon so be careful a child doesn't bite it.

Both kids play with them often.
