Can't understand why they sell it like this. This is some half done blank. It isn't just that it isn't sharp, there is only just an obtuse bevelling. The only thing you could do with it may be cracking eggs or smashing garlic unless you could find some really skilled knife Smith to sharpen it.The blade is pretty heavy and the handle part is good, though it's not wood as described. Hence giving the three stars.Anyway am not returning it, just planning to do some diy with a sanding disc.

It's lightweight. Okay for the price.

Have zero sharpness.
