En Monterrey donde radico estamos teniendo problemas con el aire y aunque llevo 3 años con el producto y funciona bien he investigado la marca y dan información confusa sobre el producto. Tiene un filtro HEPAsilent que no es un filtro HEPA real. La marca engaña con esa información porque hacen creer que si es HEPA real. Solo por eso estoy decepcionado de la marca!

This air purifier does a fantastic job! It noticeably improves air quality, runs quietly, and is easy to use. I’ve seen a real difference in how fresh the room feels. Highly recommend for anyone looking to breathe cleaner air!

This air purifier improved air quality discernably in our 2-bedroom condo during the recent choking wildfire smoke. Glad we bought it. Very quiet in night mode and acceptable during higher settings. The HEPA filters can be replaced easily however they are still okay after about 100 hours of use in the medium speed setting and with closed windows. The touch controls are neatly integrated and unobtrusive however we would prefer simpler ergonomic buttons or nobs located on the side because it is not easy to find the right setting without numerals or idiot dots. Please redesign the controls to earn 5 stars.

El sensor de calidad de aire desde que se compro y se estreno siempre se a quedado en color azul, y nunca a indicado que el aire esta mal, sabiendo nosotros que el aire en nuestras zonas y en esos días que se usa esta muy mal.

It works great, I did have the unit stop working right after the 2 year mark but the company took care of me and sent me another unit. Exceptional customer service.
