Strengthening wrist after a fracture.The product was recommended by a physio.one of the squeeze balls is sot which I use to build up strength and flexibility .Second ball requires more strength so I will use this in a couple of weeks.Good value for money and recommended

Never having bought anything like these before I can’t really compare but they seem pretty good quality.

I damaged my wrist and found the stress balls on Amazon. I use them a few times in my day and for me they are great. I can sit down and use them or walk around whilst doing an exercise. One of the best things I bought, they help me enormously in getting the strength in my hand.

One ball is stronger than the other. Ideal for building strength! They are robust and just the right size. I also appreciate the union flag british made not chinese so good.

Only one is usable - the blue one is too solid.

Works well, one hard and one softer, after breaking my finger and exercising my hand, ball could be a little bigger but works ok and does the job

These are very good but would prefer 2 different sizes instead of softness. I prefer the harder ball (blue one) and would like a larger one like that too. I know most people prefer the pink.
