Absolutely useless!
I've manage to wore it for only couple of days. For most of the time bottom edge of the frame dug into front of my calf. It took nearly two weeks to heal it. During use the mesh twists and shift slightly which makes it very uncomfortable as the opening of the knee shifts as well and requires to be adjust every hour or so depending on the activities you do.

I was excited when putting it on as it felt secure. Unfortunately it made very little or no difference. Believe me I was hoping for a result but not to be.
