this is a really nicely made set of muscle scrapers. The scrapers have some nice heft to them and are curved to fit different areas of the body. They're easy to use and I feel that they do help with some of my pain. I love the storage case--it has a pocket for each of the tools so they're not banging together when stored. The storage case sems well made and really durable. The price is fantastic. I really love this set and am so glad I ordered it!

Our old chiropractor uses similar tools to help relax muscles. I have been looking and pricing out different sets (legit sets are hundredssssss) so when I came across this set I decided to give it a try. Y'all! These are just like the real thing! You won't be disappointed!

if you have had this done in Physical Therapy and know how to use it, like what direction and how hard to press.... this is awesome. you can learn from YouTube but it definitely takes some time to get the hang of it.
