| Serving Recommendation | For easy mixing use SiS sports drinks bottles which have markers to indicate the correct level of powder. Or, add 40g of SiS GO Electrolyte (2 scoops = 40g) to 500ml of water in a sports drinks bottle and shake well ensuring the lid is firmly closed. Drink 500ml every 45-60 minutes of exercise or as required. Once prepared, consume within 24 hours. |

Good taste that isn't too strong. A large amount of servings for the price so the value is about as good as it gets for high carb drink mixes.

This stops my partner from dying! Tastes great too!
My partner has MS and thus suffers from heat sensitivity. This powder is a god send! Mixes up easily, tastes great and gives my partner the rehydration required to stop her ending up in hospital. There are lots of reviews bashing this product for containing Aspartame. I have never had any negative experience consuming aspartame and nor has my partner. I get that everyone is different and some may have reactions to it though but it is a very common sweetener, just looking at the beverages I have nearby both Lucozade and Pepsi Max contain it too. I am a big fan of SIS products, from their "juice packs" as we call them to rehydration tabs and even their water bottle but this item is the best of all of them. Keep up the great work SIS!
