Not effective at all and very bad quality
Very bad quality, Not made for back support and is not effective at all for intended purpose. Does not correct the posture and design is bad and threads are getting lose with just 15 minutes of use.

Comfortable and does the job
The metal bars often slide down but good thing is that you can adjust or even remove them if you want. Does the job and the quality is satisfactory. Back support isn’t that great but according to the price I think it’s fine.

Quality is good, it’s stretchable, we can adjust the belt according to our requirement, it gives pleasure for back pain but I can’t say it will effect the posture but it will give a relief for back pain. It’s a worth buying.

This product is substandard connecting velcro sticker very small because of breathing where is joined for fixture it does not hold gets disconnected back length does not cover full spin for which this has purched to straighten the back which is not serving the purpose
