I broke my wrist and couldn't hold a regular dumbbell but didn't want to stop doing my upper body weight training. These were perfect, as I could strap them around my wrist to take pressure off the wrist & fir well over my cast. Dr. approved using them, so was very happy with them. The thumb loop really helps them not slip up & down. Highly recommend

These wrist weights are fantastic! They have a good grip, they do NOT slip off, and the price was awesome! I wear them while hitting the bag or just walking. Perfect for everyday wear to help build and tone muscles in arms.

Definitely good weights for adding a little extra workout to your day to day routines. Can loosen up a tad but that’s to be expected from the material they are made of. They are soft and the Velcro holds tight

I got this for my wife. She loves the flexibility of the changing the weights for exercise. Really good value and flexibility for the money. She said it fits nicely and she likes it. She also likes that it came in pink. It was a great gift for her.

These are perfect!! I do dance aerobics and these stay right in place and are very comfortable. I got the 1 pound weight and for now it is just right. It didn't feel like much of a difference while wearing them, but once I took them off after the aerobics, wow!... I could feel it in my arms. Very happy!!

I own these Ace spear wrist wrap weighted glove. I purchased these over a year ago. I still own them, they are almost worn out but I instruct kickboxing and have worn these every class I teach as well as when I go into the gym to use weights as I also body build. These gloves are the 3 lb. which is 1.5 for each side. These have helped me get more defined arms/shoulders/back while I teach boxing, and also give me the extra resistance when lifting weights. The strap is beginning to shred a bit but the material inside the glove pouches do not have a hole after all this time. I will definitely order again when I find I need new gloves. Highly recommend these weighted gloves.

I like the design, having a thumb loop makes it easier to perform movements without the weights sliding. The major issue I have with these is the fact that after about a month or so, they started to rust. And not just the metal loop but the iron on the inside, so they are left with a rusty coating where all the seams are, and unstrapping them causes a rusty powder to fly into the air. The second issue, they stink like all hell. And I've cleaned them repeatedly, but no matter what, they leave a gross lingering smell on your wrists that's difficult to ignore. Even after washing my hands and arms multiple times, the smell is still there, and again, it's nasty.

Practical and what I was looking for…. Fairly easy to put on myself.
