Sena 826614 Ultra Slim Leather Sleeve for iPhone 5 & 5s - 1 Pack - Retail Packaging - White

I have had Sena cases for all of my previous Iphones (3 and 4S). They have consistently been high quality and durable - the perfect sleeve case for someone who wants to protect their phone but not have it be in a case for when you want to use it. The only reason I am giving this new Iphone5 case 4 stars out of 5 is because it is extremely tight on the phone. It is correct in being called "Ultra Slim".However, as with the other Sena cases I had before this one, it is already starting to stretch a little bit and it is getting easier and easier to get the phone out. Just be aware when you buy this it will be very difficult to get your phone in and out at first, however, once it is broken in, I expect this case to be just as top notch as the ones I have owned before.

I really have enjoyed this sleeve. I love the feel of the iPhone but didn't want it to be in my pocket along with keys or change. This is perfect. I have gotten used to slipping it on and off and love it. It does not even feel like an "extra" step. After a couple of months, it still looks just like it did when I bought it and the smell of the leather is great. One drawback is that I have previously not had to be careful with my phones due to putting them in cases and taking better care of it has been a bit of an adjustment. The case and phone have endured a few falls but the sleeve has protected it very well. Just be careful because the top or bottom, depending on how you use it, is not protected. I recommend this product!

I wanted a case that preserved the slim factor of the iphone 5s while at the same time protecting it from scratches while it is in my pocket with my pens, keys or loose change. For the week thatI've had it, it has filled those criteria. Only minor drawback is that the stitching of the case can cause the silent mode toggle to be in the off or on position, depending on how the phone is oriented, leading to some unwanted interruptions during meetings. Once I learned how to orient the phone to avoid this, it became a non-issue, but for a $30 case I felt that it should not have been one in the first place.

I have this sleeve along with Snugg's version. The Sena is much softer & thinner than the Snugg. It's slimmer profile makes it more suited for use in a pocket. It doesn't provide as much impact protection as the thicker, sturdier Snugg, but it looks and feels dressier. I recommend both, depending on personal preference. I use the Snugg in active, crowded situations when there is a greater risk of the phone being dropped. I prefer the Sena in most social situations for it's appearance and less obtrusive design. The only thing that I don't like about the Sena is the fact that it's 3 times the price of the Snugg.

This sleeve is just okay. Yes, it's pebbled leather. Yes, it's red. But the color is not as intense as the color in the photo. The leather is duller looking than expected, seeming a bit unfinished or not like the quality purse or glove leather that I was expecting. I didn't think so from looking at the photos, but the stamped SENA into the leather really detracts from the overall appeal once the item is in hand. The font, sizing, or placement of the brand name seems off somehow. Hard to put into words. Though I find it rather snug at the moment, I'm sure it will loosen up with use.Really, it didn't meet my expectations, but they were admittedly high, owing to the word of mouth about the company.This fact does not mean that this product isn't a good one. It does the job. But the product aims to impress (and I thought it simply missed the mark).

For someone that likes to put their phone in their jeans pocket, or inner suit coat pocket, this case is perfect!Other cases make the iphone bulky or difficult to pull out of your pants pocket, this case protects the screen and still allows the phone to remain slim and compact.As far as quality, it is a great bang for the buck! I have previously purchased leather cases with a much higher price and had similar if not inferior quality. Leather is soft, and best of all, lacking any obnoxious logos/designs/patterns. Rather, it has just a small embossed "SENA" logo across the top.Only drawback may come if you are someone who is notoriously clumsy, as this case provides some protection, but is not immune to water or high altitude falls!Highly recommend this case!

Very pleased with the fit and quality of the Sena leather sleeve for the 5S. As others have pointed out, it is by design a bit too snug at first, but within a few days the leather relaxes just enough to make it easy to use but not so loose that the phone just falls out. It is certainly more cumbersome to use the phone than with other non-pouch designs, so if you are someone who is on your phone continually, this probably isn't a great choice for you. I don't live with my phone permanently attached to my hand, and much of my use is in the car via bluetooth where I don't have to even touch the screen, so it's not an issue for me.

If you want to enjoy the beauty of Apple's design vs. adding a bulky case or bumper, this sleeve is the product for you.Its slim design preserves the sleekness of the phone while protecting it against scratches. The construction quality is very good (no cardboard sandwiched between the leather and the fabric and no plastic edging that peels off over time). It's remarkable how well it fits - like a well tailored suit. Yes it starts off a little snug but that's good because it's real leather so when it stretches out a little it fits perfectly and will wear well over time.The only drawback is that like a well-tailored suit, it does not come cheap. But it looks sharp and ultimately you get what you pay for.

The case is very slim. A little too snug, it is sometimes difficult to take the phone out of the case. It will take a while to work it in. But I like the case because of its slim profile. A little pricey, but I'm happy with the case.

I bought this case when upgrading my iphone having used a similar slipcase with my iphone 4. When actually using the phone I don't like it in a case, so this was ideal and had excellent reviews. I have has this around 6 months. The leather is soft, it protects the phone well and feels like a a quality item. Having been used daily for all that time, it looks as good as when new. It fitted quite tightly to begin with but soon fitted perfectly and the phone does not slip out. You can pay less for a case but this was well worth the money. Highly recommended.

So, bought this to keep my shiny new iPhone 5s safe and, well, shiny. It's my second Sena case - the first I had for my iPhone 4s, and as I was so pleased with the result bought the same for my new phone. These cases are well made, high quality items into which your iPhone fits VERY snugly. After a few days' use, using the case does get a lot easier. It lets you use the iPhone in it's original form factor (slim), and protects from scraping and dropping.I took my iPhone 4s on multiple overseas trips (for work), and the Sena case served well, INCLUDING a 'Bath Drop.' OK, I yanked the phone out quickly, but the Sena prevented water swirling into the ports on the bottom of the phone. The phone survived - I aged 10 years.The ONLY thing to be aware of is the very top of the phone is exposed - my experience with the 4s was that this is OK and there are no marks after nearly 2 years use of the Sena, but it is something to consider.So, a nice-looking case, slim and protective for the 5s. What's not to like?
