The top of the mould isn't strong enough to hold the batter, so it topples over. I tried this 3 times and it happened each time, even though I tried everything to prevent it. In the picture you will see the third one that I am trying to save; the support started to fail and the mixture spilled out. I managed to reposition it, but the damage was done. Make sure you buy one with a sturdier support.

Please please don't buy it as it, collapsed when it warmed up, and spread all over my oven and the tray it was on and lost half the b atter.
