great for cleaning headlights on your car
After watching a few YouTube videos on how to clean grubby looking headlights , I tried many of the suggestions with little to no effect I came across an American video suggesting this product which seemed to work wonders. so there I was with my 20 year old Lexus GS wondering if it would work on the headlights. feeling slightly apprehensive I took the plunge and bought a tub. initially being very careful I used it on one of the smaller lights and to my amusements it really looked almost new with the bronze like discolouration all gone. Pleased with the outcome I used it on all front headlight and yes it made them look cleaner and newer than before. The only negative is trying to get the lid to screw back on is a real bugger. Hopefully it won't dry out before I need it again. here's hoping.

Great Shine and good protection
I followed a number of the reviews for this product and was unsure if it would be the best option for my motorcycle engine, as a backup I also ordered some Solvol Autosol as my old tube was on it's last legs. I had hoped the Mothers Polish would give a good depth of shine to already highly polished alloy and not be too abrasive. My Conclusion is that Mothers Polish provides a very good finish indeed, it also seems to hold the shine and protect the metal for longer meaning less time is required for top up polishing. Delivery was promp and acompanied with a thank you from the seller by way of a discount card and note of appreciation for the purchase. Realy good product, now my go to alloy polish, if you are working on more contaminated alloy, you may want to use something with a little more grit in it, but if you are looking to maintain a shine then this is the stuff as far as I am concerned.

very creamy rather than abraisive, byt good
Don't believe what you see on Youtube ie rub on and two minutes later it takes all the fade out of a car headlamp. Good stuff though, I have applied three coats so far, rub it in using a polishing sponge, leave to dry and use the grit left on the lamp to polish out the imperfections. That seems to work ok. More polish in feel than abrasive. I used Solvol Auto before which have similar results without the cream.

Average for Aluminium
I bought this based on good remarks and recommendations on motorcycle channels. It has little to no odour. It has a soft margarine like texture and goes on like a thick cream. It real lifts of mild surface tarnish on aluminium but not the harsher deep stains. For me this is average along with quite a few others. I wrote a review, have a "peek" if you want, you may be interested.

Good but not as good as Autosol
GOOD FINISH ON ALLY PARTS! not as abrasive as autosol so good for softer metals, does not polsih stainless steel as well as say Autosol consequently, but good for alloys and soft metals.
