So I am considerably picky about leg massagers. I have a massage chair and now these due to shin splints I live with daily just due to daily life. I have flat feet causing pain. I have done it all, orthotics, great shoes, and massage. These are excellent at improving blood flow. I will say they were a little large on me and I am not sure my legs are that small. Even on the highest pressure there was minimal squeezing. They are very easy to use, just properly position on your legs and zip up. The assembly was easy, no guess work. These absolutely do not do any shiatsu or kneading massaging. So for me they work for improved blood flow and do help with pain but kneading would be better. There is no heat but for shin splints that is not advised anyway. Excellent for someone with larger legs, great for blood flow improvement and overall good value. But not fantastic with actual massaging.

If you have trouble with blood clots or foot numbness these are great. I'm 6'1" 275lbs they fit great easy to put on plenty of pressure, only negative is the heat WHAT HEAT!! maybe mine aren't working so weak you can't tell but for me the important part works. I've use them 2x a day still functioning properly. Would buy again. 4 stars due to heat....

This helped A LOT in reducing swelling in my ankles and feet from edema. I’ve tried everything, but this is the only thing that has worked. I do a 1 hr. session in the morning and another in the evening. It’s reduced swelling 85 to 90%. I was almost not able to wear shoes and had to cut my ankle high socks to prevent swelling, and my skin is looking better. It feels like a nice massage by putting pressure on your toes and feet, then ankles and then calves. The machine works and feels like a blood pressure cuff for your lower legs. Highly recommended for edema!
