I do dilute mine a bit by adding more than 16oz of water to it, but it still tastes great! This doesn't make me feel jittery or anything after drinking it despite the 200mg of caffeine. I love every alani product I've tried, but especially the energy drinks. When I saw these packets online I thought they would be perfect for the camping vacation we went on in June to save on space/weight in our luggage. I have also come to love it for the same reason in my home. I will say that even though it says to mix with 16 oz of water, I find the flavor to be really strong in that amount. I prefer to add one packet to still or sparkling water with ice in my 40 oz Stanley. Obviously we all have our own flavor intensity preferences, but if you also find the flavor too strong I highly recommend mixing it in a larger vessel!

It’s a good flavored drink mix that is over priced for the amount you get.
