I was looking for first-time pre workout, studied market and decided to try DY. From second session noticeable difference (energy, sweat), I took powder 30 mins before training and reached peak in next 35-45 mins. Only 1 scoop, nothing crazy. Also added creatine for best performance. Pear Kiwi tastes great if mixed with sparkling water about 150-200ml, try it! Tried with tap water, tastes average. 4 stars for a solid product. The taste however, not a fan. It takes like a value cola! However, this gets you through the toughest of workouts, easy to mix and drink. There is a little tingle but nothing crazy like other preworkouts so no side effects. Worth a buy

Ive tried countless pre workouts. This is the nuts. Proper rocket fuel, no come down. Id recommend using it on your big lift days or if you're flagging/lacking motivation. That way you're body won't get used to it. The cola tastes really good, I take mine like a shot, strong and down quickly. You'll feel it hit after like ten mins. Then get in and smash some weights. You'll easily get a good hour of proper intensity from this.

I bought the bubblegum flavour expecting it to have the nostalgic bubblegum flavour, almost like those old panda pops. Oh man, the flavour couldn't be any worse. This is a physical representation of what drinking battery acid would be like. As a man that enjoys a whisky, this is definitely hard to drink. On the the plus side, the 20 minute burn is there every time. It fills me with energy and after 30 minutes I'm off the rails. But at what cost? This is a high stim product, you'll have pins and needles, your skin will be on fire, but you'll have a great workout if you can get through it - it's a bonus if you enjoy the taste of yellow cake If you're sensitive to stimulants, avoid it like the plague.

Great pre work out, well dosed with all ingredients. All other pre work outs at this price point are underdosed. If you are wanting bang for your buck then this is a must. Doesn’t taste amazing due to the amount of ingredients packed into it but who’s buying pre work outs for the taste over the effects.

I bought this twice now. The first one was cola flavoured and tasted of coma, it mixed well with water and as stirred dissolved nicely and in terms of workout it was incredible. I could push harder on all exercises with extra energy and stamina it seemed. Then the next one I ordered when mixed with water frothed up to double liquid volume as I stirred and tasted of chemicals not cola. It had a really nasty taste. I believe the mixing process they use is not consistent over batches with possible adverse or even dangerous imbalances in the components added into this powder. I tried servings from the last batch about five times but it is so nasty compared to first tub I think I will bin it. Pity as first tub was five star and next tub was 1 star or zero even as it feels dangerous.

Das knallt rein. Halbe Stunde vor dem Training trinken oder sogar 10min. vorher reicht auch aus um deine volle Konzentration im Training zu haben. Aber Vorsicht! Wenn du zu viel davon nimmst bekommst du während des Trainings das Pure Jucken und kribbeln in deinem Körper. Ist Lustig, da öffnen sich richtig die Poren weil das Zeug die Haut atmen lässt.
