Q: Is this sturdy enough to allow for people to sit and eat? Can’t find one that doesn’t shake back and forth just when cutting something on a plate!

Ours is very stable. My kids eat at it and do arts and crafts. I've never noticed any shaking but I tested it in the video and even when grabbing the top and shaking there was very little movement.
