Q: Could anyone please tell me how many packages does this ship in and roughly the weight of each package? and dimensions if anyone can remember roughly?

It was shipped to me in three packages. The largest was about 2m x 1m x 0.3m and was very heavy: it took two strong men to carry it. The other two boxes contain the weights and are each about 0.6m x 0.6m x 0.3m. Similarly, these will need to be lifted by two people although they are less cumbersome to carry and manoeuvre. Hope that this helps.

I'm 5' 11'' and the bench press is a little awkward because the handle is slightly too low even when I use the top part of it. Other than that it has been a solid set.

Q: Can the hg3000 be used as a rowing machine?

The HG3000 is not suitable for seated rows. The lower cable will quickly start to fray due to the friction and snap.

Q: Is this suitable for someone who is 6’4”?

I would say not. I am only 5'8'', but would say anyone over 6' may find the pull down bar too low. Trying one out would be the best option if possible.
