Works perfectly every time in bread machine- just put an extra 1/4 teaspoon for every 1 of fast acting yeast in the recipe. No Sorbitan Monostearate - just yeast

The yeast is dead, dough does not rise whatsoever, despite being within date

Bread rises with this but smells quite strong of yeast.

If you like to generally go for organic products in your diet, then I recommend this yeast from Argano Bioreal. It is organic. I make my own bread in a breadmaker, and always use this yeast. The sachets mean the yeast is always fresh, as long as the packet is within the sell-by date. I only need to use 1/4 teaspoon in each loaf, along with a tablespoon of sugar, I set me bread maker up to produce loaf overnight, the loaf is always light a well-risen.

I've been looking for an organic and gluten free yeast that had no nasty additives and this works a treat. Have used it for a variety of recipes with great results every time. It's straight forward to use and the recipe usually advices how much to add depending on the type of yeast you use and it's worked well so far.

It gives a good rise and is organic so I will continue to use it.

Great product, i have been using on a regular bases for almost 2 years now. I make, pizza bases, crusty rolls bread etc all 100% gluten free! If any reviews mention no raising that is purely down to their prep and mixes! I do not however use pre made flour mixes but homemade mixture, so much better! Rises like real dough.. only criticism is the expiration date, last batch i order only had 6 months on them. I doesn’t bother me as i get through alot, someone who doesnt might have an issue with this.
