Great product
Great value for money. I use them for cycling. I love these they taste like the jam in a doughnut and really help on long rides.

Good energy boost.
My wife purchased these for her long runs and marathon training. They do what they need to. Taste great and give the energy needed.

Energy boosting but taste very salty
Love how runny they are, not gloopy like some other gels and these have given me the best energy boosts.However, they definitely taste salty and that makes them a bit hard to get them down.They're tolerable if you can take it down quickly, but hard to sip on during running, so I've resorted to having one of these just before the run starts and then during the run, taking the other HIGH5 gels without electrolytes cos they're just more pleasant to sip.

Best ones on the market! Tastes like liquid jam!
I much prefer the texture and taste of these to the SIS ones. It’s more liquidy and much easier and pleasurable to see off during a long run - never been a fan of the thick gloopy gels that make me feel a bit sick trying to swallow while exhausted. These High Five ones also come with electrolytes which is an added bonus and to top it off they’re a lot cheaper. No brainer in my option. Well worth trying them out!

Not great
Honestly not great. Wasn't gel. More like flavoured water. No idea if this helped me though my 20 mile walk. But tastes nasty.

Quick energy no issues
Used throughout karate blackbelt grading week, excellent quick energy and electrolyte intake, no stomach issues. Easy to drink, no nasty after taste once water sipped.Would very highly recommend.

Energy gels with electrolytes
Good energy gels with electrolytes. First of a kind and easy to digest. They are quite runny compared to other gels as it contains fruit juice, but taste great and easy to swallow.
