I have seen a massive change in the few weeks taking these as I can walk a lot easier and have no pain in my knees or elbow now, I am using lighter weights when training which is not putting a heavy load on me now as I am now 62 years of age. The grinding of bone stopped. Of the many supplements Glucosamine sulfite is considered a better option because the other liquid solution solidifies and looks like a rubbery solution not permanent

I have used this product for years. I believe it worked for my knee joints becos of the MSM. But if I come off it for a week, my knees start hurting. My sis-in-law tried it and said it worked better for her knees too compared to other supplements. It got me skiing again!
