I Find It Better Than Taylors, have been using Taylors of Old Bond Street Sandalwood shaving cream for around the last year and thought it was the bees knees till I ordered this. This gear gives a far creamier and smoother lather in my opinion which leads to a far better shave. I have noticed that I get less of a shaving rash when using this product and to top it off it also cheaper. The scent from the cream is not too strong either and quite pleasant, if you've never tried another shaving cream apart from your usual brand then take a punt and give this stuff a try, you might be quite surprised by the results.

This is good quality stuff. I have had even better but nothing ad good at this price. Well worth the cost.

This gives a wonderfully smooth shave, and has a subtle but pleasant aroma. While it might seem expensive, you only need to use a tiny amount for each shave to get a good lather, even where I am in a very hard water area, so one tub can last for a very long time.I should mention that I always shave with a traditional style double-edge razor, so I can't really comment on how well this would work with disposable or cartridge razors, but for us old-school shavers, this is absolutely top-notch.All in all, very highly recommended.

The No 10 cream has a smell not bad but not great either. Makes a medium foam not bad but not great a little goes a long way and i expect this tube to last a long time . The colour is pale white but would have been nice if the colour was funky green. Its ok , it does its job but I will not buy again. The box that this tub comes in is the best part of the deal , funky green pattern insideNormaly I use proraso green and its great its cheap as i buy the cream from a supermarket in Italy( when i bought this cream it was £ 5.00 and free post and now it is way over priced as the tub isnt full and at £ 9.00 ........ expensive )

I took a punt on this having read the reviews. Compared to the shaving cream I was using this was quite expensive and I was initially a bit sceptical about whether it would be worth the cost. Well, my worried were groundless. Not only does it give me a fantastic suddsy froth to shave with but, because I only need to use the teensiest dab on the end of my shaving brush, I reckon the one tub I have will last me months if not years. So guys, ditch your current shaving product and invest in a tub of TrueFitt & Hills Authentic No. 10 Shaving Cream and enjoy dozens and dozens of excellent smooth shaves. Thoroughly recommended.Update - Just finished today, in August 2020, the first tub I bought back in November 2018. I dont shave every day but even so this is great value for money and a lovely smooth shave every time.

One of the best shaving cremes on the market. All of the top quality ones feel and perform like this one. I use a tiny amount and massage in with finger tips or badger brush. Good preparation makes for a silky shave.The smallest amount is required and one of these large tubs lasts for many months. I find the fragrance much more subtle than Taylors or Blue beard. Team with a straight or safety razor for an elegant shaving experience.
