So far, this matrix has exceeded my expectations. I'm currently using it with my home media hub. I had issues getting it to play nice with my Eero network as the default settings are for a static IP address. But, I was able to manually reconfigure my Eero temporarily so I could remote in and change the settings to DCHP. The conflict is that the default IP is 192.168.1.200 where as my Eero uses 192.168.4.xxx. Once in, the language was selected as Chinese, but the chrome browser was able to translate well enough for me to find the English setting . After working through those hurdles, it has performed great. I can remote in to the system from my phone. The GUI for mapping inputs to outputs is very intuitive and clean. I output most everything via Cat 6e and convert back to HDMI at my screens using the converters provided. The converts themselves can be powered separately, but are working just fine with POE. Over all, solid equipment at a competitive price point.

Extremely happy with this matrix switcher - I have several PCs and other media player sources being switched between multiple monitors, an HDMI -> audio breakout and capture devices and this switcher handles them all very well. My switcher sits right next to me in a rack, so I don't really need the remote control features as much as someone that might have the unit mounted in another room, but switching sources using the front panel also works as well as it should, and it's good knowing I could convert it into a remote setup if I need that capability in the future!

This system works well and I have had no issues with the equipment. However I have this in a remote location and we only use an ipad to control it through the webpage. Everytime we log on to the webpage through any device it comes up in Chinese language. We have to switch the language every single time back to english. When we do switch the language back to english right below the language selection is an OK button which people think they need to hit to accept english. The big problem with that is the OK button is actually a factory reset button. Very poor placing for this. It resets to Factory defaults immediately without asking you "Are you sure" Those are our 2 biggest flaws. Please come up with a firmware update to correct these two issues so it "remembers" the last language that was used. Thats the only reason I gave it 4 stars. I have 3 of these and they all work well.
