As a new to crochet crafter these are really good, I like all the different colours. A few of them seem a little flimsy and others seem to be made to a really good standard. Some of the hooks has all I can describe as bobbles of paint or something on them, this caught on the wool to begin with but nothing a tiny bit of filing didn’t sort out. Really good value for money and now I’m crocheting every day!!

Brilliant set, lovely and smooth

They're a really good solid set with a good range of hook sizes! Initially when I first started, the fleshy bit of the bottom of my palm hurt quite a bit (where the end of the hook rests in your hand), especially if you use hook sizes any smaller than the 6mm ones (they are of course sharper the smaller they go!). But I realised that a lot of the pain was due to how tightly I was gripping the needles when I used them - so after I loosened the grip a bit, they didn't hurt as much :) Of course, it would definitely hurt less if you bought hooks with a chunkier handle, but for the price you pay for these, I'd say they're a great value! :)

I love these aluminium hooks as you get strength and durability without the hook being heavy. They are realy vibrant colours and are so comfy to crochet for hours with. Love the range of sizes including the realy large 10mm that you don't often get in a multipack! The quality of them is amazing, no snags or bumps on any of them. So happy with my purchase. Thankyou!
