L-Carnosine, 500mg, High dose, 60 Vegan Capsules, Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, Soy-Free, Non-GMO

I read about the benefits of carnosine and so tried this. No side affects, dreams are certainly more vivid. I feel better recovery from exercise and more energy. Being type 2 diabetic I read this supports blood sugar control. Having taken it for nearly a year my hba1c has dropped by about 5% however I don't know whether its the carnosine or other factors. I think this is more expensive then other brands and I have recently tried others which seem to be similar in performance although have not been on them for a few weeks.
