This item I put in a mouth retainer and keep the retainer in my mouth for 15 minute daily. I usually do it at night after brushing and flossing my teeth. It definitely does start to whiten your teeth after time. Really has helped my gums from bleeding. Wonderful item highly recommend it. It more reasonable to purchase through Amazon because dentists charge a lot more.

It taste ok and it’s easy to use. I put it on my gum area after brushing my teeth. It didn’t come with the base so I just put it on my gums with a gentle brush. I got it to help my gums heal after dental work and it seems to be doing well.
