Michael Aaron Piano Course: Lessons Grade one 1

Great book for my 7 year old daughter. Easy pieces of music but not 'marry had a little lamb' anymore. She is in the end of this course and I would truly recommend it to any beginner, adult too.

My partner is using this book conjuction with keyboard lessons (his teacher uses it with his pupils) Each tune gets gradually harder (as expected) and I notice from listening to him play each tune one after the other that they are slightly similar but get more complicated. There are writing tests that he can do as well that help him learn the notes which are helpful as he is a complete begginer. All in all a nice clear easy to learn from book.

Great for complete beginners. If, like me, you know some theory, then you might find it too easy??? I can read music, but I bought this book to try and get my brain to split into two :) Really easy to follow though - after one day, I'm about half wat through.

Complete beginners will find this piano course invaluable.

The book has too many hand symbols which makes it harder to learn the notes so be careful when reading the book I had to scribble out the non essential hand symbols

I have used all the piano methods for my 20 + students. I like this one best because of the challenges and the quality of the tunes. Harmony right away. No long periods of horizontal music with minute little advances. The very bright and physically adept student is happy with this - and it makes them feel like they are really making music - not just playing baby tunes. I especially like it for 8-12 year olds. These kids don't need the drawings and the big notes and can get down to the business of learning for learning's sake. I like the no-nonsense approach. I find it hard to locate this method in local stores - so order from Amazon. I hope they do not take it off the market - my favorite for the right students. Also a great supplement for adult methods with the chord approach - which get boring. Adults need some variations and I find this is a great accompaniment to them.

Hay muchos libros para estudiar piano. Pero no todos son útil. Esta libro es muy útil para estudia piano. Me gusta mucho y me hace que quiero continuar estudiar.
