Easy to take and really effective.
I have been using Spatone for a while now, and it’s honestly an excellent product. The liquid sachets are so much easier to take than iron tablets, and I’ve definitely noticed a boost in my energy levels since using them. They’re gentle on the stomach too, no unpleasant side effects like some iron supplements can cause. The fact that it’s 100% natural with nothing artificial is a big plus, and it absorbs really well. I just mix a sachet into a bit of orange juice in the morning, and it’s quick, simple, and effective.

The only Iron supplement I will ever buy!
My midwife originally recommended this to me 4 years ago and I've been taking it ever since. It is the ONLY Iron supplement that has ever worked for me and I feel the effects within a couple of days. *Pro tip, the taste really is awful, so make sure to mix it in with a little orange juice.

Great for New Mums
