I bought the Yogi Tea Inner Harmony herbal tea on a bit of a whim, and it ended up being a great decision. The blend of lemon balm, rooibos, and cinnamon is so soothing and gentle — perfect for unwinding in the evening or just when you need a calming moment during the day. The flavour isn’t overpowering or artificial, just naturally comforting, and I love that it’s organic. What really impressed me was how smooth it tastes; there’s a light sweetness from the rooibos, and the cinnamon gives it a warm finish. I found myself reaching for it every day. Having six packs included is brilliant, especially since I like to keep some at home and bring a box to work. If you enjoy herbal teas that help you relax but still have a bit of personality, I’d recommend giving this one a try. It’s quickly become a regular in my tea collection.

One of the first Yogi teas I've tried, and can't stop drinking it. It's very tasty and mildly sweet. My own observations: I believe that in a long terms it helps with my overly sensitive throat (very prone to randomly catch a cough if I consume too cold drinks or too much ice cream etc). Drinking Throat Comfort regularly seems to have a positive influence. Not only my throat feels much less irritated in general, but I haven't gotten a cough easily for a long time. Also, if your throat gets dry or irritated after speaking often or continuously for a long time (e.g. work meetings, demos, presentations etc), this tea will definitely help with easing the discomfot. Including helping eliminate the negative imapcts that cause our voice fading and/or changing for worse. Are there any cons? Well, the sweet notes of this tea may not appeal to everyone, and in order to enjoy its taste for longer I'd advise to drink it with moderation. Sometimes it's good to take a break and move to non-sweet flavours like the Dragonfly Honeybush tea for example.

I live on yogi teas of different types they are my medicine. High quality great taste. This one helps with stubborn mucus. Great for the colder months

I love the flavour of this tea (Throat Comfort) - not the most glamorous name, but it tastes delicious. I’m not sure how much it helps my throat, but I drink it for the taste more than anything. Buying multiple boxes also offers good value for money.
